Founder & Director
Founding Talent Tech Solutions in 2020 after 10 years working in senior roles on 'vendor' side, Scott is passionate about helping organisations leverage Talent Technology to transform how they compete to attract, engage and hire top talent.
A background in recruitment paved the way for Scott to explore his interest in how teams could utilise technology to improve experience, efficiency and hiring outcomes.
As a Talent Technology specialist, Scott has led complex implementation projects in all industry sectors and across Europe, Asia Pacific and North America. Incorporating project management, consulting and implementation best practices,
Scott partners with clients to seamlessly achieve project objectives and ensure ROI is delivered.
ZiChuan Lim
Director
ZiChuan has been in the recruitment industry since 2005. He worked for 7 years "on the desk" in both agency and in house roles attracting talent to some of Australia's most recognised companies.
​ In 2012 ZiChuan was one of the first people in Australia to move into the Talent Acquisition Operations space. Since then he has led projects across Australia, SE Asia and India gaining deep experience in vendor assessment and selection, decision support/business case development, TA Tech implementation and optimisation, robotic process automation (RPA), AI model requirements, offshoring and TA reporting and analytics.

Sharlene joins Talent Tech Solutions as an Implementation Consultant and brings her wealth of knowledge and experience gained from working within both the external and internal Talent Acquisition and Advisory space for over 17 years.
