"Should we just use the vendor's own professional services team?"
While there can be value in using a technology vendor's own implementation team - product depth and fast access to engineering - the trade off is independence. Vendor teams often implement what the vendor wants to sell, or a standard, templatised system that isn't in tune with what you and your team actually need (and will use). The strongest setup is often both together, with us leading the TA design.
"Can I get what I need from a smaller firm, like Talent Tech?"
We'd argue that you can get more - true Talent Acquisition specialists that have been in your shoes, senior consultants working with you throughout (we don't do bait-and-switch), and a team that is invested in making your tech work.
